Southbourne (West Sussex) Lions Club (CIO) is a Registered Charity (No 1189071) and one small part of the worldwide family of Lions Clubs International, which is made up of about one and a half million members, in more than 45,000 communities, in around 200 countries.
If you live in the Bourne area of West Sussex you may have heard of us and some of the good work we do.
We are men and women who volunteer our time to try to make life better for others.
We have no religious, political or social affiliation. The only qualifications for membership are a willingness to do whatever we can, and a desire to live up to the Lions motto "We Serve."
We are just ordinary people trying to do amazing things in the Bourne area.
Why do we do it?
