FOOD BANK COLLECTIONS VIA THE SLEIGH

Southbourne Lions would like to thank all those in our local community who donated both funds and food via the Christmas Sleigh.

In spite of the difficult weather conditions just before Christmas, the magnificent sum of £3,416 was collected which will help to support local good causes such as families in need, young carers, guides and scouts.

In addition, our community brought items of food to the Sleigh and this was delivered by Southbourne Lions to our local food bank which is run by the One Church in their grounds off Thorney Road, Emsworth.
